Southeast Radiology Management is manager owned and operated so clients are able to receive the
personal attention they deserve. Together the partners of SRM possess extensive industry
experience including having owned their own companies as well as holding significant positions with
large companies in the industry. The combination of their experience and industry expertise enables
SRM to deliver customized solutions for radiology providers in today’s healthcare environment.
Thomas G. Winter, MBA, RT, President, has 23 years experience in the radiological sciences along with
extensive radiology management experience. Thomas earned his MBA from Nova Southeastern University and is
the former Vice President of Operations for U.S. Diagnostic, Inc. Thomas is also a licensed Radiologic
Technologist in both Florida and New York. He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists,
member of the Radiology Business Managers Association, and holds American Registry of Radiologic
Technologist (ARRT) certifications in Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance
Imaging (MR).
Stacie L. Buck, RHIA, CCS-P, LHRM, RCC, CIC, Vice President, has 16 years experience in the health care
industry. During her career she has served as an internal auditor and corporate compliance officer for one of the
nation’s largest providers of diagnostic imaging services and has also provided consulting services to radiology
practices. She is a nationally sought out speaker and author on radiology coding and reimbursement topics and
serves on the editorial advisory board of several national radiology publications. Currently Stacie is President of
the Florida Health Information Management Association. Her contributions to her profession have been
recognized by her peers through several awards: FHIMA Outstanding Professional Award, FHIMA Distinguished
Service Award, FHIMA Literary Award, AHIMA Triumph Rising Star Award and the AHIMA Triumph Mentor Award.
